At Little Hipster, we are not happy unless you are happy. Each product we feature has been carefully selected by us and must meet our high quality standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please submit a return inquiry to receive a return authorization number. Send the item back to us with the RA number within 21 days of the original shipping date. When we receive the item, we will give you a full refund for the merchandise (minus the shipping charge) in the format of which you paid.
If you choose to exchange your item we will ship the product as soon as we receive the return.
Please receive a tracking number when you return your item. These tracking numbers help track the transit of the return. Any product lost in transit without a tracking number is the responsibility to the customer.
Due to the nature of our products we cannot return worn, washed or used products. Some items are not returnable and it is noted in their product description.

Belly Bandit Returns
Belly Bandit exchanges are handled separately as they are shipped directly from our manufacturer. There are NO RETURNS accepted on the Belly Bandit. The Belly Bandit is an undergarment. Any bands returned damaged and/or worn will be denied an exchange & returned to you at your expense. Please download the PDF file for instructions for exchanges. Thank you! Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order once it is placed, you may do so within 4 hours of submitting the order. You may change or cancel your order by contacting us via our web form.

| Chicago Store Exchange and Return Policy |
Items purchased at our Chicago stores (where you can see, feel and touch the merchandise) can ONLY be returned for exchange or store credit. We ask that you bring back unwashed and unworn clothing items within the season, with tags intact within 15 days of original purchase.

| Gift purchases |
If you've received a gift from us and would like to exchange it, you are welcome to do so (provided the item was not a final sale item). We will be happy to help you choose a replacement item: simply email us at: info@thelittlehipster.com, fill out the contact us form or visit our Chicago store. Please note that you will be responsible for any new shipping charges.

To exchange an item:
- Submit an inquiry and request a refund in the original form of payment.
- Place a new order. (in the comments section you can write that this is a replacement order)
- Return the item you want to exchange.
- When we receive the item, we will send out the new item.
- We will then refund your original order amount minus shipping charges.
Please do not request an exchange when mailing a returned an item to us. Our inventory changes so frequently, that the requested exchange item may no longer be available.

Flat rate standard ground shipping of $7
Orders over $75, will receive free standard ground shipping.
If you would like an order rushed delivered we can rush shipping for an additional charge. We will send you an invoice for the shipping and ship after payment is received. Please contact us for further information.
International Shipments
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
The flat rate charge for orders to Canada is $16. (6-10 Business days)

We will be closed May 24th thru June 5th.
All orders placed during this time will be processed immediately and shipped out June 6th, 2009.
