When you pre-order and item you are only charged a fraction of the total amount. We will e-mail you when the expected arrival date is and when the item arrives in stock we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance, once this is paid your item will be shipped. | Out of Stock Items |
We have a great selection of in-stock products! However, sometimes we do make a mistake and an item is not in-stock. If an item you order is out-of-stock, we will promptly e-mail you and call to inform you of its expected ship date. You will have the option of changing your order at that time.
If we have called and e-mailed with no response, we will ship your order by the third business day and refund you the amount of the out-of-stock item.

Our items can be beautifully gift wrapped for $4.99. Our presentation finishes off the perfect gift experience. To have your item gift wrapped please Contact us and we will send you a separate invoice for gift wrapping.

| Sales Tax |
|
Sales tax of 6% is charged to orders billed to an address in Michigan. A sales tax of 10.25% is charged to residents of Illinois

| Refused Orders |
Little Hipster respects your privacy. We will not share, trade, or sell any of your personal information at any time for any reason.
If a package we ship to a customer is refused by the customer and returned to us, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment after deducting a 10% fee.

| Price Match |
If you find a lower for an identical item in-stock item on the web for an item we have in stock, please let us know. We will try our best to match that price.
Here is what you need to do: Submit an inquiry and include the direct link to the product you would like us to price match. We cannot price match on coupons- the price must be stated on the website. We will then contact you regarding the next steps.
Please note we the following restrictions:
- We do not match prices for auction sites such as Ebay.
- We do not match prices of companies based outside the USA.
- The item must be identical to one we have in stock.
- The webpage must state the lower price- it cannot be a coupon.
